because Adam, Eve, and God sending the 10 commandments to us are all FICTION.
Are you really surprised by the completely illogical nature of religious dogma anymore?

I am compelled to guess that neither Adam or Eve had any language to be literate with! Maybe God could have read to them or told them though. Another thought is that God underestimated how disobedient or naughty mankind could become and waited for enough people to populate the earth before 'effecting' the law. But, as we all know there is not now-- nor has there ever been-- anyone who can speak for God. So it's all speculation.

Because it wasn't Adam and Eve who were evil, it was the society that developed after them. It was a society where the people lived immoral lives and worshipped idols. God saw this and gave the 10 commandments for the people - a guide for how to live. The commandments apply to this day. Take a look at our society - it is no different from 2,000 years ago.

Adam and Eve were perfect humans they already knew God's will. They rebelled against him anyway. God gave them the command to not eat from the tree of knowledge and they did anyway so what good would the ten commandements do?
They decided that they could improve their lot by not obeying God and listened to Satan. Satan in effect became their god.
Adam and Eve's imperfection come to all of mankind and we all sinned and God gave the 10 commandments to the people of Israel which also applies to us but most of mankind still rebel and only true christians adhere to all of God's will at best they can with born imperfection.

that's an exciting question. interior the backyard of Eden there became in user-friendly terms one regulation. Adam and Eve have been loose to do something they overjoyed aside from one factor. They broke that one regulation which reported to no longer consume from the tree of the understanding of stable and evil. as quickly as they did, they knew what evil is there became no "un-doing" that. Like attempting to place toothpaste returned interior the tube, it became impossible. So God had to make a fashion. That "way" became Jesus Christ's shed blood on the bypass of Calvary. while He reported, "it is done," he became speaking concerning to the fee paid to redeem guy.

God gave them 1 command right from the start:
Don't eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil
17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."
Obviously it was hard for them
That being said - the issues of the world that were present in Moses time were not present at the creation - the world was perfect until Adam broke the rule.

God needed to give man time to mentally develope, every thing had a plan and still does...we're just not capable of understanding the full picture yet. Adam and Eve had so much to take in and understand. You need to remember in the begining nothing had names yet...they were adults with the minds of children.

I like this question. God had a great plan from the start, and the fall of man was necessary for it to be fulfilled. I think it's that simple.
