No, you do not claim yourself as a dependent, but you do get a personal exemption for yourself.

You get the personal exemption for yourself only if someone else can't claim you as a dependent. Like if you live with your mother and she files as Head of Household claiming you as a dependent because she provides more than 50% of your upkeep for the year.

If you claim 1 exemption, you will likely get hit by a princely tax bill at the end of the year. Probably will not have any penalties or fines, just a big chunk. Of course, it is November, and were I you, I would leave it where it is now for the rest of the year, and change it Jan 1, and party down!

You cannot claim yourself as a dependent. You already get a personal exemption for yourself automatically.
