I suggest brushing your teeth with mint toothpaste and brushing your tongue as well. The beer breath could also be a sign of mild dehydration, so to help that (and ward off a hangover) you should follow up with a lot of water.

I've yet to come across something that works. Not that I'm a drinker...but I've had enough friends try to get rid of beer breath. Whatever they have tried has never worked. Brushing, rinsing, gum, eating strong foods.... There isn't a cure for beer breath. So if you are drinking when you aren't supposed to...you're outta luck.

The beer breath isn't coming from the mouth. It is coming from the stomach and through the pores of the skin. The odor from the stomach may be masked with a lot of peanut butter. There is no way I ever found to mask/eliminate the odor from the pores. Same with eating garlic. i just take a day off and hide out under the bed with the dust bunnies :~)

You have to change your lifestyle. Don't think just doing sit ups a few days a week for a couple months is going to change your physique. You have to begin with a steady regimen of exercise and diet and build up your core strength by adding weight training and supplements as you increase your workouts. You can do it but keep in mind that it requires above all a commitment to change your life and something you must continually remind yourself of each and every day. Best of luck.

Don't drink beer then you wont have beer breath. I guess that would be the only way I could think of to keep beer breath away.

I'm not being smart-*** ed or anything like that, but stop drinking beer.my x-husband used to love his beer more than me, his breath smelled of it,was gross to kiss, and later it began to come out of the pours in his skin, it was just plain nasty, find something different to-drink, beer leaves a bad smell everywhere.

Preferably eat a lemon, skin and all. If you can't stomach that, at least suck on the lemon juice and swish it around in your mouth.
You don't have to suck out a whole lot of juice. One nice size lemon slice will do the trick.
