Just wondering if I can claim my daughter's tutoring. I have paid $40-$80 a week for the entire year. If so, will I need to supply a receipt from the personal tutor or can I just supply copies of my personal checks. Thank you for taking time to read and respond to this.

No, tutoring cannot be deducted.

No, you cannot. Just like you can't deduct tuition for private school.
