IT DEPENDS WHAT YOU FRY IT IN., ITS DELICIOUS. AND HEALTHY. USE CANOLA OIL OR MAYBE OLIVE OIL. WHAT ISNT GOOD IS TO TOP OFF A MEAL WITH GOOEY DESSERTS

Well, anything fried takes the healthy food you may be frying down a notch, only because the excess fat is not necessary nor is it good for you. But fish on the other hand is very good for you, so if that is the only way you like your fish then go for it. Better to get it in that way then not at all.

Well, it is probably better than a deep fried chocolate cake covered with a gallon of ice cream. Try steamed fish with a little lemon juice instead.

Fish is good for you, fried foods are not. You should try poached fish.

Sometimes it taste better but its not better for you baked or grilled is better for you, but i know youve heard the saying fish is brain food so i guess its good for you in that sense
