Is it true that girls are attracted to guys that get a lot of attention from other girls?

Because I've been told that girls become more attracted to guys when it appears that they have women all over them. Then they start to get curious and such.

True or not?

As sad as this sounds it is true. No girl wants a guy that another girl doesn't.
