Ok if you look at me you can't see me shaking. But sometimes if you touch me you can feel it a little bit. The best way I can explain it....well its like my body is shaking or vibrating on the inside. Its usually in my arms, and sometimes in my hands and my chest. I don't know whats going on. What might this be?

I get that feeling too. A lot has to do with how Im feeling in that situation like if I had lots of caffine or body just feels cold sometimes even though you are not. I would say its some sort of anxiety. I didnt know I had anxiety until i went to the hospital with a attack. Try to test yourself maybe its because you dont eat much or had lots of sugar. Its important that you see a doctor if it really bothers you. good luck with that.

You might have your thyroid checked. If you were hyperthyroid the symptoms might be palpitations shakiness weight loss etc. Without blood tests and other questions answered, it is impossible to tell. See your doctor and tell him what you feel. He can help figure it out. Good luck
