Depends on the nature of the anger problem would be my guess. I've seen some people chill out real nice (me, I've never tried it), but my ex -- well, that's why he's my ex. He gets extra paranoid extra sensitive and extra mean. Verbally abusive.

He had a choice and he chose to live alone. Cost him his kids for a year or so too (their choice), but he's gotten better about not doing it when they are around. Unfortunately my oldest (who he adopted) never did forgive him and now he's missing out on some wonderful grandbabies.

I would say that it diminishes anger. Pot makes you fuzzy and lazy. You don't care about stuff as much so stuff don't bother you.
If you have an anger problem, they give you drugs to calm you down, in addition to therapy. So get therapy, and keep smoking.

I think it calms you down. The anger probably comes in when your sober. Your body is used to being high.

It definitely did this man that I date for a brief period of time. It releases inhibitions in the same way alcohol does. Chills you out? Not always, as it depends on the person's personality traits.

I dunno. I smoked weed for about 15 years and it never made me angry. Maybe it just doesn't agree w/you, gives you a weird reaction. I am an angry person a lot of the time...a hit or 2 mellowed me out, makes me tired, not angry. If it's bugging her, and now you're aware of it, pay attention when you're high to check it out, 'k?

1) weed doesn't kill brain cells -- that was proven wrong
2) weed isn't addicting..i smoke a few times a day and get good grades in school and play sports..i stopped cold-turkey for about a month and i was fine. i wasn't bugging out and needed to do it

but answering your question..it depends on the person
most people don't care about much when you are high..
other people can get really depressed [my sister used to]
and i guess you could get angry but i really don't think so.

no one really knows anything about weed that is definite

That is true. I have seen it in my practice. When anger increases the family presses them for treatment. If they don't agree, the marriage often fails.

Yes, because you start building up a tolerance and smoke more, and once you come down and can't smoke, you physically crave it, thus being short-tempered with those around.
