I'm currently sick and have allergies and have a constant runny nose. Usually, the runny nose is also stuffy so I can't blow my nose to help and it just keeps pouring out and alternates from one side to the other. What can I do to help?

Use a nasal spray. This will last for at least 12 hours. If anything you will be able to get some sleep. Get well soon.
