First of all...Women above me that said this is HOT???!!! WTF?? Being choked or beat on during sex is NOT HOT. You guys have obviously never had a real, caring, lovemaking type of sex life.
Women or Men that have that warped of a view of sex to the point where they need to be physically hurt or abused in order to orgasm have serious serious psychological problems and should get help.
I know a guy that dated a girl for a very brief time and she was into that stuff and was also a major whore. Had sex with everyone and anyone...male or female....very sexually disturbed person.
Usually these people have a background of sexual or physical abuse and they crave that abuse in their sex life. I agree with the guy that said RUN and the one above me that said it's a Morbid Fetish....like the men that love it when women step on their testicles wearing pointy high heels....sickos.

I've heard of this..... it's a fetish and like most fetishes...not safe or healthy. Don't do it... what would you do if you choked her too long... yes that could be a murder charge.
