Do Jewish festivals Prefigure the Lord's Day (Sunday)?

I see many references regarding what we celebrate as Pentecost endin on the morrow after the Sabbath... Sunday morning

Is this a valid observation? and does it prefigure a Lord's Day?

In both cases, the culmination was the morning after the sabbath... Sunday morning

I think you are on the right track. Sunday has also been called the "eighth day" and the number eight has very special significance in Judaism. Ya, cuz you werent to do extra work on Sabbath. And the feast of Pentecost is 50 days after...the long interval. This is just a way of counting.

The Lord wants us to observe Sabbath on Saturday....

the feast of the pentecost (shavu'ot) is 50 days after the second day of passover...the "sabbath" here is a reference ot the first day of passover, and the counting begins then, not the holiday.
