Try Glucosamine sulphate, the 300 mg tablets works wonders. Takes about a week for your body to react but then it reduces inflammation and pain significantly.
You can get it in any pharmacy, the only drawback is bit its not a drawback but you can only be on them for a few months. Then take a break and restart when you feel you need them again.

I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and Osteo. I have taken alot of Arthritis Medicines but have never heard of that one. Is that new on the market? Is it experimental??
