what i want to know, is if he was condemned to death on the sabbath for gathering sticks in the sabbath. and the Levitican laws were very clear that punishment should be carried out immediatly...then Who gathered the stones to stone him to death, and was that person also put to death for breaking the sabbath.
could executions be considered work? and if so shouldent the whole mob have been put to death. for throwing the stones?

Seems like there wasn't mention of Hell during the days of Moses, which I find odd. As for gathering sticks on the Sabbath and then the Lord telling Moses to have the man stoned to death, I figure the Lord was some other force than the Holy Spirit. The Lord of Moses is not the Father of Jesus, as far as I can discern.

No. There is no hell--according to Judaism there is only Gehenna, which is distance from G-d, and you stay there a certain amount of time depending on your sins. The maximum time you can stay there is 12 months. So I think that guy is long gone from there.

The Sabbath was made for Man, not Man for the Sabbath.

He probably did, but not for very long. Only long enough to wake up.

Moses didn't condem him. It was G-d's law.

Why would someone kill someone else? That in itself is wrong.
