I no longer desire flesh or free will.

Interestingly, you are not the first who has tired of the whole "free will" thing. PETA's whole raison d'etre is to deny that we're humans with a free will responsible to God, but are mere animals. However, God's gifts are irrevocable. Thus, I am here merely to tell you that you will not get your wish.
The closest you can get to what you seem to want is to surrender your will to Jesus of Nazareth, surnamed the Christ. He will make your decisions for you.
But you'll never be rid of your "flesh." Eternal souls in corporeal bodies is one of God's plans and you're stuck with it.

If you really want to, just think of yourself as a bio-chemical machine and behave accordingly. Let other people treat you like an object, do some mind-numbing repetitive job without rest until you finally "break" (collapse from physical exhaustion). Then do it all over the next day. Have fun.

But seriously, if you are feeling hopeless or like life is not worth living you may need to seek help and make some changes in you life. There is no shame in getting help if you need it.
