The Jello may stain your o-ties, but I don't believe that it will stain the brackets.

Just make sure that when you brush (at least 3 times per day) and floss that you remove all of the food debris and plaque from the tooth surface. If you leave that crud on your teeth it causes cavities which begin as a white stain. That white stain won't polish out or bleach off.

The unfortunate thing is almost nothing is good for braces. Jello has food coloring in it which will stain your white braces and it also has sugar in it which will attach to the braces and rot your teeth.

My opinion?

Eat whatever you want and make sure you floss and brush. Dont eat anything uncomfortable for a while, and be careful with foods that are tougher.

Good Luck.

it won't damage your braces, but they want you to not eat as much sugar. Getting clear wasn't a good idea. They will change color from dies in the food you eat.

Good because it won't get stuck. But bad because Jello has sugar, and sugar isn't good for your teeth.

foods with too much sugar are not good for teeth with braces. But yes you can eat it when you are sore.
