When you are in love with someone do not expect them to be perfect because no one is... but that is the most important part about this quotation. No one is perfect... all the dreams we make up in our head about the perfect guy or the perfect girl are insainly far from reality; and yet there is still a lot of love in our world because we come to see the person for who they really are and we love them for being that way. We might fall in love with a person who does stuff to purposely drive us crazy but we still love them... we see past their imperfections we see the human inside all of us and thats the person we love... There are too many people who honestly believe that there is a perfect person out there for them.. .which is why there is so much divorce... the "i want it my way" attitude does not exist in love. It is a two way street we can take but we also have to give and we have to understand that the other person is not perfect and we have to accept that and love them anyway.

It is telling you that beauty is in the eye of the beholder... there is not one kind of love, a perfect love. "...but by seeing the imperfect person perfectly." When you love someone, you love them the way they are.

This is differnt for everyone but...it means you can find love but we don't look at people for their perfection...we look to their imperfections and understand the imperfections perfectly...i dont know if that sounds right but i tried my best :)

It's like saying, a cheerleader would typically date a football jock, but he turns out to be someone who is not right for her. She then meets a math nerd, who is cute, funny, and sweet in his own way, and she falls in love with him. An unlikely person to fall in love with, but a perfect match for her.

Basically, you see someone's blemishes and cracks, and you know they aren't perfect, but you still love them for who they are, cracks and all.
