Your both wrong. God is unconditionally loving.
Unconditional means no conditions. No conditions mean that there is nothing to forgive ever.

She's right, and wrong. God will forgive you as many times as necessary, HOWEVER, if you keep on sinning again and again, thinking all you have to do is ask for forgiveness and it will be given, and you don't change your ways, then He'll not believe you the next time you ask.
Repentance is a part of forgiveness. To repent means literally to turn and go in the other direction. If you ask for forgiveness and then don't repent, it won't be granted.

John 3: The Words of Jesus Christ (God in the flesh)
3. "Verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."
4. Nicodemus saith unto Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
5. Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God."
6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
16. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18. He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

God will forgive anyone of any sins (except blaspheme the Holy Ghost).A person who ask for forgiveness has to truely want God to forgive them( and won't be decieved). If the person wants God in there life He will come in.If they only say they did something bad that isn't asking for forgiveness.(Judas knew he did something bad, betraying Jesus, but didn't repent.Esah knew he should seek forgiveness for his ways but could find it in himself to repent.

He doesn't forgive you for acts against another person. You have to get forgiveness from those persons. That's part of why murder (not certain kinds of killing) is so bad. You can't obtain forgiveness.

Um, you do know that text-speak isn't acceptable on-line, right?
But to answer your question: it depends entirely on your faith (or lack thereof) and it's silly to get into an argument with a friend over it.

Looks like you two have different ideas of God and different ideas of how to spell. God is bigger than all that.
