How can I get this monkey off my back?

I know it's him because during the delay process while my question was getting posted he managed to post a reply saying "I will not let you ask this question as long as I am here"

I've never seen a name attached to my violation notices. Just Yahoo! Answers Team. I guess it takes a team to delete one of my questions.
[edit] Holy crap, what a nut-job? This Jett guy sounds like he needs his meds adjusted.

Send complaints back to customer service if they aren't justified. They are returning the points sometimes now. And the one big chunk that I got one day, the return indicated they were taking action against unjustified complaints somehow.
Either that or change your name and picture and they will think you left.
