i am in high school & i have never had a bf, been asked out, or went on a date. is it the type of guys i like that seem to be the cause of this problem? is it me? i am 5'3" 95 lbs blonde hair... i am friendly to everyone & never have a bad word for ppl... & i am pretty much apart of every "clique"... so can anyone tell me?

the kind of guy i like is taller than me athletic (like me) preferably soccer &/or football player i like clean, nice, and humble guys... not jackasses lol. & i prefer guys that i can realte to more on a persona level .. if you know what i mean.

maybe you are so attractive that boys are afraid to approach you.
Focus on your education and whenyou get to college, you will be swatting men away like flies on a picnic
Dont worry at all, your prince is out there.
In the meantime, be sure to check your personal hygiene and breath and make sure that they are okay as that is a major reason to keep ANYONE away! If that is okay then just wait, if you go to a small high school maybe when you get to college you will meet all kinds of new and interesting men!

Hi, I am not minimizing your issue, but it is an age old problem for young teens----there is no time or date that starts the dating game for you. I can't see you but as a rule, your question is best answered by you !!! Take an honest look at yourself---top to bottom---hair, teeth, nails, clothes, shoes, and appropriate behavior for your age. I do not doubt any of your info, but you do not say what the type of boys are that you are interested in. That too is answered by you. If you are a really pretty girl, the guys will sometimes be intimidated and afraid of being rejected--so they won't ask. You probably are very dateable but maybe not APPROACHABLE---this is easy. ....hang with the crowd at social events--don't hide---and don't be uncomfortable walking in alone--walk tall, with pride and dignity. I'll bet it won't be long until the boys are lined up to talk to you---just let it happen and have fun--but keep it safe. Good luck,

U know i hade the same prob but im in middle skol. all my friend had bf or were going out until the guy i had a huge crush on asked me out.
just wait the right guy will come and if u really want the guy u like ask him out we r in the 21st century u can do it and good luck

could be your location... imstuck in place where finding some one sucks... causei m like beach boy rebel stuck in hick town red necks... yeah not to good mix... but thats one idea..
ANother is guys are stupid like Mr wall here with his to skinny example... yeah 95 is alittle lower commonly herd but its all good... you soud liek you have great potentionaland the clique thing could lead to lots of drama and or not enough time to spend with a guy... maybe if you busted out and started your own Clique.. become individual and have people look up to.. .that leads ot self motivation and people seems to like people who can lead or show self confidense...
