my face gets red, and my eyes get puffy and bloodshot also.
whats going on?

Blood is rushing to those affected areas and oversaturating them.

Because it puts stress on the face, like frowning and then iron floods to your face on a current of blood from embarrassment. All causing pink pigment. The bloodshot eyes just means that there is too much salt in your tears, wipe your eyes as much as possible... or just dont cry... crying isnt happy.

Hi Shelly, Your just letting your emotions come out. This causes your face to turn red,and your eyes puffy,and sometimes bloodshot.It's just the way we are set-up to do. Just like laughing,i get tears coming from my eyes,and puffy eyes. LOL

you won't be able to alter the reality that your face turns crimson once you cry. some everyone seems to be somewhat like that. the superb component to do is to splash some handfuls of chilly water on your face. authentic friends will make you snigger, make you cry, and could no longer care what you appear to be on the same time as doing it. in the experience that your friends are authentic friends, they gained't techniques that your face turns vivid crimson once you cry.

well your really lucky because when i cry i look like i ate 2 lbs of mushrooms and i am allergic to them.........it is so sad when i cry but so funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because crying is a sign of weakness and when you cry your face turns ugly so people leave you behind and the race strengthens. This isn't a personal thing, I'm just thinking back to caveman times. haha
