I need a site that's absolutely free, i had a problem with my car but i could only get the license plate but my insurance info didn't go in for full coverage at the time, soo i want to try to settle it twith the individual before taking it to court.... if someone could help! The site needs to display home address, so i can send the complaint to.

The information is restricted to the owner of the plate.
Law enforcement.
Tow companies with actual possession of the vehicle and a need to notify the owner.
Insurance companies with a claim against the vehicle.

It is not available to the general public.

Motor vehicle records are private and confidential, as per the Drivers Privacy Protection Act. They are not freely available to the public at large. If you have a LEGAL reason to obtain registration data, file a report with the police.

Such a site would be in violation of pretty much every privacy law in the universe. You are not entitled to surf through registration records.
