You might want to break up with him. Coming from the guys point of view, a girl has done that to me. Better to break up no matter if you have hurt him a lot or not. It is a lot worse for him to find out the hard way. If you don't love him and know there is someone else, don't let the situation catch you in a very bad position.

Hmm guess the word honesty has no meaning in your relationships or you'd not have the need to hurt the one you supposedly love or pretend to love when you really don't. That said, emotions make things confusing and guilt only adds to it. Stop beating yourself up about it, let it go and him too. Time for you both to find those who want to be with you rather then waste time playing childish games and living with needless guilt about the things you did before. Obviously the poor sap is unaware that he is being played and it's risky for you to stay because there's no predicting what he might do once he finds out he's not the only one troding down that road to romance with you.
