No one would notice. He'd not do it today because it wouldn't mean anything to anyone. Later, when He personally reigns over this earth, food will be very easy to obtain.
But as for favorite "fish/bread" combination, "And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far" (Mark 8:3). They were hungry, so what they got was their "favorite" fish/bread combination because it SATISFIED.

Oh yes. In the earlier gospels, he absolutely refuses to perform miracles to prove himself as God. Only in the gospels of I think Luke and John does he demonstrate his healing powers. He doesn't heal anyone in the earlier gospels. I think were he alive today he would be careful about who he heals and why, just like back then.
