My husband has heart problems, and we were wondering where can I find those tags (they look like dog tags) and you put them around your neck, or as a bracelet, that show the health problems you have, like he has heart problems, and diabetes, so in case he has an emergency and we are not there, the paramedics and doctors can know he has those health issues when they go to treat him. Yes I know because I have seen them before,I use to take my Mom to the doctor and then to the pharmacy,and they had them...I think I would try a couple of pharmacies,they may have those at the first place you go...If they are not in the open maybe ask the pharmacist...I think that is a Very good idea,and in case of emergeny that would be so great...I hope your husband appreciates a thoughtful wife like you...Good hunting

some jewelrey stores carry them and have an engraver right at the store. make sure you have all the exact information with you including proper spellings and allergies etc.

I have seen them at Drug stores, Zellers, Wal- Mart and other stores where they have a pharmacy locations.
Also you might want to try Jewelry stores they too have them. (Maybe more pricey though)

Most pharmacies should have them. Also, you could check an engraving store, as they may be able to sell it to you and engrave it right away.
