first a dog will eat anything including a turd. You didn't say if the dog was underweight so I can't really know if the dog is hungry or just wants food. If the dog is underweight. and still hungry maybe you need to change the dogs food to something better.

She might have developed an eating habit.If she really enjoys the food that you buy her,but you think that she shouldn't be eating it all the time,I suggest you give her that food only sometimes.
