nerve damage can be slow to heal. i have had pinched nerves, spondylothesis, foraminal stenosis and 2 herniated dics. in 2004 i was fused from lumbar 3,4,5,and s 1. bone grafts and titaniurods/screws. ask your doctor about neurontin. i was taking it before surgery and i've got most of the feeling back in my legs/feet. also if your surgery was recently done it will take a while to get used to being fused. i still get some pain /stiffness but it could be from other thing like arthritis. i hope you feel better soon

I take Bee Royal Jelly. It tastes really bad but it has helped me a lot. It is also cheaper and does not have the side effects that the prescription drugs have. It will take a few days to start working but it does work. You will also be able to finally get a good nights rest. I know you didn't mention that but if you are as bad as I was then you are not sleeping very well. It costs about 90 bucks but it will last you for 5 months. I get it at beeroyalproducts.com. Just be aware that some places "water" it down so don't go for the cheap stuff because it won't work!
