I'm 22, and I'm sure I'm pretty healthy. But I have white hair growing out of my head... right now there must be at least 25-50 silvery white strands growing on my head (my hair is naturally black). Am I graying prematurely? Is this a symptom of some kind of deficiency?

Nah, it's just genetics. I knew a guy in HS, 16 years old, who was already going prematurely gray.

Either pluck the hair or dye it if it bothers you.

My husband was going grey at 17. It's hereditary.
