Of COURSE their site is going to tell you all about their wonderful dogs! The name alone says "Puppy-Mill"!!!
Many pups will be healthy after 5-10 days at their initial checkup, but develop serious health issues when they get a little older.
Do your research and buy from a reputable breeder - check AKC.org, contact breeders, check references (A "Real" breeder will be happy to provide them) and do your homework OTHER places than the internet.

I never bought a puppy off this site, and I doubt I every would.
When you spoke to them, did you ask to get a copy of the puppies pedigree, before you agreed to purchase the puppy? Can you also get verification that the puppy's parents have had all the proper genetic testing?
The site says they hold the dog for 5 - 10 days and give it a check up, OMG does this really not wave a big old RED FLAG to you?
I am not trying to be mean, but it would be foolish to buy a dog under these conditions. I really wish I could tell you that you are making a good choice, but I truly think you are making a BIG mistake.

Clearly, you are beyond help. They can do this because of the HIGH volume of dogs that go through there. For puppy mills, it is nothing to offer you another dog. They have HUNDREDS!!!!! They are CRAP quality, sold at outrageous prices....so they can afford a few sick or dead pups.
They also BANK on the fact that VERY FEW people return the pup. Once they find out it has a problem, and know that it will be destroyed if it is returned....what can they do. they have fallen in love with it, so they keep it. No money returned, on to breeding and selling more CRAP.
Hey, it's your money, but DON'T think that WE will for a second think that is a great place to get a dog. Buyer beware!!

There are so many pups and dogs in rescue centers and shelters waiting for a home. So what if they arent a certain breed and dont come with a big price tag that you can brag to friends about. They are good dogs that need a home. Think about that before you spend hundreds of dollars on some dog from a pet store.

Puppy mills are horrible places for dogs. Females are bred over and over and over until they can't make puppies anymore. By constant breeding the puppies become sick. Puppy mills keep several dogs in 1 cage and they never go for walks, play in the grass or get any love. The only human contact they get is when a human comes around to hurt them. The puppies are taken away from the moms right away. Very bad and sad situation. The best place to get a dog is at an animal shelter. Lot of good dogs looking for good homes.

That is a very short time for a guarantee! Reputable breeders often give 2 YEARS against heritable defects, such as hip dysplasia - as it can not be fully detected before then.
Believe me, the best way to buy a dog is to go to www.akc.org, find the closest chapter of the breed's club, and buy from a member that tests & certifies their dogs free from genetic defects known to their breed. These are the good guys, interested in their breed's health & future welfare - not just selling their pups to strangers with the right amount of cash!

They are a puppymill and buying from them is NOT recommended!!! These puppies come from over bred mothers and less then desirable conditions. They also are often not registered with a legit, reputable registry and may or may not even be purebred. Also do NOT be fooled or conned by their so called guarantee.
For the price yuo can pay from this "puppy broker" you can buy a very nice pet from a responsible breeder.

Just because they have a nice website doesn't mean they are reputable! If you are looking for a full-bred puppy consider contacting a private established breeder not some major company which sounds like a puppy mill.. your puppy may be healthy and cute.. but puppy mills are SO known for inbreeding and lying. good luck with your overpriced inbred puppy!

if you think all health problems are going to present in 5-10 days, then fine. plus you have no idea where the pup even came from. but you seem to have made up your mind, so be it. but you are indeed supporting a backyard breeder, you can be assured of that. i really don't want to see you on here in a few months asking about all of these different health problems of your dog. plus you asked a question, and didn't get the answer you wanted. but thanks for wasting all of our time.
