I don't know how to approach him. Like, should I ask him before I kiss him? I want to do it at the dance. But it will have to be after it because they shine flashlights at us. So please give me some help!!!!!! Thanks!

I think you should walk up tp him and start a conversation with him then when he least expects it kiss him

if you can do it simply ask him if he had ever thought about kissing you and then let him. Men's egos would like for them to make the first move most of the time later when you are use to it it will not be so critical just break the ice a little with that question and go from there. You might even steal just a little peck on his cheek when you are dancing with him so that he will kinda get the message. That may or may not work as some guys are really slow to catch on, I know because I was..good luck ....... maybe if we are all luck we can get rid of pond scum xz on this site so he pedals his garbage somewhere esle

VERY NICE QUESTION. what I am going to tell you now is the real deal.
Situation: you are dancing.. (preferably slow song)
Action: get close to his body. really close to the point where 70%-80% of your torso (shoulder to you know where) is touching him. You are prolly shorter than he is so keep your face towards his face. now get even closer and dont keep your mouth close. Keep it just a tad bit open. IF he wants you, he will kiss no doubt.
Situation: About to leave for the night (going seperate ways)
Action: no need to get too close. hug him tightly, then take your head back, while your arms are still around him. This is initiative for a kiss.

Right when they shine the flashlight at you, you hurry and kiss after they're gone. Try and be in the middle of the dance floor so that you will be lost in the croud!

do a quick kiss when slow dancing or when you have your arms around him. nothing to big and noticeable, but still spontaneous and pleasant

never ask permission to kiss. that's a no-no and very unromantic. what you can do is get closer and closer to him until he's all over you and then his natural instincts will be to passionately kiss you.
