i am somtimes,i worrie tht o yah,tomorow i have this this this,and i need 2 b focusing on wat is going on today

I do that too. You're a future-oriented person. There's nothing wrong with that unless you worry yourself half to death about things that may or may not happen. I used to do that. Not anymore though. I plan for the future, but try to live for today too and appreciate the moment.

You can do nothing about the future by worrying about it. You cannot change anyone or anything by worrying. You can work on yourself. Do what you have to so that the things you find yourself worrying about have better outcomes.
Are you worried about a test, a job, other people, your parents, getting sick? What can you do with worrying about these things. Nothing!
Take action. Study for the test or learn the correct way to study. Do the best job you can do for your place of employment. You cannot control other people by worrying about them or how they treat you. You can become a more self-confident person and become happier with yourself, thus alleviating the need for acceptance by others. If there is something going on with your parents, talk to a counselor or trusted person about your concerns. If you are worried about your health, do everything you can to keep yourself in better physical condition.
Worry does nothing! Action does! You can train yourself to stop worrying about everything and tomarrow. It takes time and patience, but it can be done. I did it and I used to worry about everything.

Myself, I am the other way around. I worry about today because nobody is promised tomorrow.And thats not to good either. I should worry alittle about tomrrow but I dont. Then when tomorrow gets here , sometimes I am in trouble. {smile}

you don't worry about today because you worried about today yesterday! it's endless! it is good to think about tomorrow, but you need to cut down on anxiety. there are self help books, you may find some help on the internet. make yourself think positive!
