he lived around my block since i was 10 years old, i didn't even notice him until this year. the only problem is that i don't have the courage to ask him out. I do talk to him but, he does not know ho i feel.

1. you can go up front and just ask him if he would go out w/ u
2. write a note to him and ask him out
3. ask a friend to ask him out for you (which by the way i did and it worked out good he said yes)

if he doesn`t know how you feel about it
i would tell him & then wait for "him" to ask
