Get out and get some fresh air!! Everything you mentioned keeps you cooped up in the house- go outside and get some fresh air, take a walk or jog around the block! Sun and air are things we need to stay healthy and the lack of sun has been proven to cause some depression in people! I am one of them! When your outside and walking maybe look for different things you could use to start a hobby, collect rocks that are oddly shaped or sticks that look like something anything you find can probably be painted too- so try these suggestions!

No wonder your depressed!

Your in the middle of what may the most difficult time of anyones life, you have no friends, and from the sounds of things are getting no real exercise or fresh air.

The best thing yuo can do is get out the house and get involved with a group of people around your age. If you can find something that has exercise as well your set. The most importatn thing though is to find friends. Switching to public school might help, but it's very hard to be the new kid in the class, and the classes will probably all be cliqued up by now. If your going to make the switch to public school, do it at the year when the grammar school kids in your area get bumped to high school, then everyone is a new kid and you'll have an easier time fitting in.

After school classes on the other hand always have people coming and going. I'd suggest picking three activities you enjoy or have always been interested in learning, and sign up for a class or group for each of them. That way you have a good chance of finding an activity you really enjoy with people you can have fun with.

Most area have home school groups, if not where you live, then with in easy driving distance. If you're not already involved in one, try to find one you can join and go with them on field trips, join classes, etc.

I hope some of this helps, good luck.

Wow, have you summed up many people in this generation.

All their lives their stimulation comes from the outside so they've never had to develop their imagination muscle. The good news is that it's never too late to work it.

How about sitting down and writing a story about something with illustrations?

If that doesn't work for you, how about volunteering to do something for someone else?

Get involved with some sort of recreational sport or club. That will give you something to do and help you make some new friends! Good luck!

i fell alone alot too, i would consider writing how you feell, it's prolly sound horrible at first, but it'l get deep and beautiful. try to get invlolved with stuff like drama, or maybe even a job. this may sound weird, but friends wont fix everything yet.. you have help your self and tell yourself that you deserve friends and are alot cooler then you think. i think voulunteering is great, your helping others and meeting new friends.

you should deff. suggest public school..or if they don't like public school..then private or catholic school..
if that doesn't work then i would join a sports team. its a lot of fun and you can make new friends and it will take up a lot of your time between practices and games
