there is lot of help given on the internet, if ulcer is confirmed, then you need to keep away from spicy and hot food, it should be easy to digest and better if mostly on liquid diet, try easily digestible food, stay away from fried food and fatty food, corns, cucumbers, bananas, milk etc are known to be very helpful

well my friend i also have ulcers.im guessing thats what your saying and can eat most things still.i take an over the counter zantac evry day.dont eat stuff that has alot of tomato sauce in it..tomatos have an acidic in them as well as not too much caffeen.but as a whole evryone has different things they can and cant eat..if it's new to me i usually eat just a small bit.and wait and see how it goes..onions and pickles i cant eat at all..just depends good luck.....
