i don't get it,i'm going to make this clear as i can.
ok.guys feel less of a man if they are a virgin.well most.
but on the other hand you have to take a girls virginity in order not to be one.but yet, they want a virgin girl!

lol that's true.
Most guys expect girls to be virgins cause they don't like the idea of another dude banging their chick, and they want the girl to be "pure" so you have that sort of "pure" feeling when you do them...they're fresh and haven't been banged before.

It's a different answer for most guys I'm afraid. For some, it's because of religious or parental upbringing. For others, it's so that they know the woman they're with has never been with another man(it's a cro-magnon thing). Even more interesting, some men(you can freely blame this one on Freud) feel a deep seated need to be able to marry only a "pure" woman because they feel only a "pure" woman should give birth to their children. After all, their mothers were all virgins too, right?

I am a virgin and i feel more of a man for being one. Finding a virgin lady is tough these lol, but i sure would like to meet one as i think i would get along with her better than someone who hasnt saved herself. Dont listen to society, listen to your heart , in the end that is what counts

I think it has something to do with jealously of the other guy or guys she's been with. I know it bothers me but only so much so because I'm a virgin. Otherwise I certainly wouldn't hold it against her, I might just feel a little uncomfortable is all.

I don't know about the rest of my fellow males...but I cant stand virgins. That epic responsibility belongs to someone else. I prefer someone who over the uprightness that comes with making sexuality so utmost in importance. Virgins...I'll pass. Experience counts for proficiency. Remember practice makes perfect.

men's egos and their inability to keep from being jealous is what drives that lack of understanding and double standard. When and if they finally grow up they will understand that just because a woman has had sex prior to being with them in NO WAY makes that person any different than if they had not.... when the world decides to grow up some more then maybe that double standard will be gone and men can treat woman like the incredible gift that they are to this world. My favorite saying is: The most precious gift that any man can be given in this world is a woman's heart" notice it does NOT say her body. nuff said

They want the girl they marry to be a virgin. Otherwise you always have this nagging voice in the back of your head saying she's in love with someone else. You always remember/love your first - don't lie, it's true.

Why are you so hung up on this virgin thing? Guys don't really think you are a virgin they just hope they aren't gonna get it to soon. And they don't want to get it and it be all loose and nasty. Bottom line.. They just do that to see what you gonna say!!

I think that's a bit old fashioned, anyone who wants a virgin is living in the past! I don't know many people who think that. Everybody has a past, I mean if you have been in serious relationships, your bound to not be a virgin.
