There is this guy whos a year older than me and i got to know him through band and through friends...
just last friday we had this crazy school dance and he was kinda drunk (i say half-drunk... iwasnt drunk tho) and we really got close during the dance. there was grinding and everything, we slowdanced it was like we were almost going out
then the next day he asks me to go to semi-formals with him in february but he still hasnt actually asked me out yet (to be girlfriend boyfriend)
Why is this?? some people told me he liked me...
could it b that hes not over his ex girlfriend? he was dumbed during summer i think but he might not b over her?

Well he did ask you out....to the semi-formal. He might want to take a bit of time to get to know you before making the big bf/gf step. Just wait and see.

maybe he only wants a dance partner. or maybe he doesn't want to refer to it as a boyfriend, girlfriend thing.
but right now you can't tell what it was because he was drunk. no one is half drunk. some are more sensitive then others. if your full drunk, your probably passed out. so he was drunk - and he may not really remember what he did or why.
