Depends on the plane. If there are three seats on the port side, they'll be A-B-C. If there are only two, they're A-C. Same scheme with starboard (D-E-F or D-F).

it depends on the airline and the type of plane
if you have a 2 - 2 configuration some airlines will label their seats 1a 1c aisle 1d 1f no b or e seat because people would see they were in a b seat and call to change thinking they were in a center seat also many planes dont have a row 13 they go from 12 to 14 because many people are supersticious about the number 13.
