Your company must mail your W2 by January 31. You should file by April 15 unless you file for an extension.

Companies are required to mail W2 by the end of January. You have until April 15 to file your taxes. You can apply for a automatic extension to file later that Apr 15, but you must pay your expected taxes by April 15, or face the possibility of penalties and interest.
