ok i was thinking,
the brain has some amazzing capapbilitys, we feel hot because the brian tells us we do, we feel cold because our brain tells us 2 (nerve receptors connected to the brain, CNS clah blah blah)
the brain is almost in control of you body and what you do
soo when we die, is it becuase our brian has gave up
Do you think the brain accepts death,
Do you think we die, becuase we think wer going to die
This question is based on natural casues of death, and plain old heart attacks, not clots or strokes (just the stopping of the heart), and not physical ailments, like dieseases and physical wounds.
most people who die of natural causes die because there heart stops also people with heart attacks, once again im not talking about clots or cholesterol, im just talking a bout the heart stopping
My final thoughts
does our heart stop beating becuase pur brain has given up
if someone had such a hard will to survive (mentally)
do you think they would live much person

Also i believe that death is part of the human brain

what if you could take that little section of the brain whtther it is a mental section or an actual physical section of the brain, isolated it and destroy

do u think this person would live much longer then the average person,

Well i see you are a deep thinker and that is good, and you have some very good idea,s...I think in some cases you are right,a person that has been sick for a long time or that is tired of the pain or has a terminal illness ,I believe they will sometimes lose their will to live and just give up....and in that case I would not doubt that they could die...I do have a few thoughts however,I believe that everyone has an appointed time to die,but by wreakless living you can shorten that time...You take someone that has cancer for instance, they have gotten well,by medicine and by positive thinking, and I do believe that positive thoughts can be of a lot if not all importance..There is still others that are struck down by cancer and they fight it to the end and they do not want to die but yet they die regardless...I really don,t think that if a person is healthy and happy and not depressed really wants to die but yet they can fall dead of a heart attack...I feel like each of these different examples plays a part...I do feel very strong that the mind can cause a person to live longer if they are happy and positive so I don,t doubt that the mind plays a part, but im not convenced that it plays the total part...At the very last our brain does have to give up however, what option does the body have? So these are just some of my thoughts which I would have never thought of had you not asked this question...Thank you very much for helping me scan my brain for my thoughts, and maybe something I said will somehow help...

Interesting theory, however in most instances you die because major organs in your body shut down due to damage. For example, when some one dies of a gun-shot wound to the heart. The wound cause rapid and massive bleeding. The loss of blood cause dramatic drop in oxygen flow to major organs, the brain and the heart. Without oxygen, the muscle of the heart and can no longer generate energy from glucose and other substrates, therefore they cease to functions. If those goes on long enough, just a 2 or 3 minutes, both organs are irreversibly damaged so they will never work again. This leads to death.

No - we die because it is our time to die. But it was an interesting question. Maybe if we are already dying (like cancer) and then accept death (rather than "fight" it with the will to live) it might speed things along.

When we run out of enthusiasm,
our centers collapse.
This is more of a gradual process,
of course, than a fifty yard dash.
The key is to pulsate. When we flat
line, we die.
