Stock Sterio?

I have an 06 GTI and the volume wont go over half the bar, and when you turn the volume down a bit, the volume increases then decreases... is anyone else having the same problem?

bring it back to the dealer, it must still be under warranty. we haven't had too many problems with the radios in the new gti's but
i am sure if you show the tech the problem they will either fix it or put in a new radio.

VW stock units are crap...working at the dealership we had to do warranties on billions of them...my suggestion is get an aftermarket unit they are more reliable.
