Salvation is based on faith, believing without proof. Religion is based on faith in salvation. Society must make a commitment to accept religious statements as true without evidence or proof in order for God to exist within their souls.
Notice that it's a vicious circle, one supports the other. If one were to prove the existance of God there would be no need for faith and therefore no religion.

If you have faith in God, you are part of a religion, even if you are the only member. All members of society have faith in something, maybe that the stock market will go up, but this faith in something can grow to the point that that something becomes like a God for the person. Society is a bunch of people who have faith in something, and normally this is linked to a God.

Politics, Money, Sports, all this can become a "deity" to people. Christians believe that it is more important to have faith in God, the one who created it all.

God is God. God is sovereign and unchanging. Nothing humans do ever change God's sovereignty nor God's plans. Start with that.
Society is a group of humans doing what they want, usually disobeying God and coughing up "traditions" as their excuse.
"Religion" is the traditions that one society or another invent as their way to getting to God. It will be rules and maybe, but no certainty. The member of a religion is never assured that he or she will actually reach God.
Faith is what every human on this planet is capable of, from 25 I.Q. to ultra genius. Thus, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God" (Ephesians 2:8). We are not saved by any work because not every human can do a "work." "Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent" (John 6:29).
Thus, for your fourth term, the link is what one puts one's faith in. Most people put their faith in themselves, disobeying Jesus' direct order (above.) Those only are saved into a RELATIONSHIP (not religion) with God by believing Him and trusting what He says. Generally, those who then trust God do not credit their past society, religions, or gods anymore. They focus their lives on the God they have come to trust and have faith in.

They should be linked for perfect harmony.

God is linked to faith, and faith to religion, and faith to society.
Because of our faith, we subscribe to a religion that fits our beliefs.
Because of our faith, as we take something out of society we should put something back into society.

That is the ideal, but in practice, it is hard to accomplish.

I am not doing your homework for you, just giving you something to think about.

it takes faith to believe in God, it takes God to prove faith, it takes religion and church to be edified together and grow together in righteousness and it takes God to ordain true priests and prophets to Teach the natural man what faith and righteousness is. God ordained religion, but man loved satan more and followed the more coveted paths of wealth power and greed.
