ah the age old question boxer vs. asian mertial artest... well if bruce can stay out of Alis arm range then he will win with his kicks but as soon as Ali gets with in arms reach of bruce then most likely he will win because boxing is all about specalizing in punching.

Ali....better chin. He could take a lot of beating.
Bruce Lee was in good shape, but Ali trained to last 12 rounds. Constnatly moving and taking punches.
No street fight would probably last that long.
Bruce could probably hit hard, but how much of a beating can he take?.....no one really can knows. I just don't think he trained to take such a beating.
If ball kicks were allowed....then i'd say bruce would win. I think ali could shake it off, but he's trained to cry and complain..call out the low blow. While bruce takes advantage.
I know it was just a movie, but the one bruce was in with kareem abdul jabar. He had a challenge in that movie taking out kareem. He said in an interview that in real life, it still would be a challenge since his legs are soo long. He even admits there that he's not super human or unbeatable.

Bruce Lee used 2 study Ali's moves over and over when he was creating Jeet Kune Do. Some of Ali's foot work & stuff is integrated into JKD......
Bruce already knows how he moves........
Bruce Lee all the way!!!!!!!!

Ok there was a question exactly like this last week and it was settled that Muhummad would win for the reason being that we know his skill levels and we have no idea how well Bruce could actually fight. Remember he was an actor more then he was fighter. Hope that helps. Sorry to break it to you.

Jet Li even has said that he would lose to UFC fighters.
The fact is Bruce Lee is an actor.
But I think he would win only because he uses his legs which add another weapon in the mix. But it would be a close fight.

In the one MMA match Ali participated in he was beaten by Antonio Inoki. Inoki just kept kicking Ali in the legs by sliding on the mat like a runner into home plate, so Ali couldn't punch him. You can draw your own conclusions from that.

bruce Lee already admit Ali would beat him. Once someone admitted they're defeated, they WILL lose!
