every sign says he likes me, but he never initiates the conversation with me....by the way he is shy

what do u mean every sign?? does he blush every time he talks to u? do u catch him staring at u? have people told u he likes u...since he is shy u should probably hang out with him so he can loosen up at least a little bit make it a casual thing...maybe after a few times he might get comfortable and ask u out..or u can just tell him that u like him but he might get freaked out since he is so shy
