I've never heard that before but I don't trust any of those sugar substitutes. They taste nasty, besides. But there is just something about them that doesn't sit right with me. Did you know that Splenda went through a chlorination process? That's nasty and can't be good for you, no matter what they say.

It makes my heart beat eratic if I use to much.It was said to cause forgetfulness when it first came out.I use real sugar.Sacrun and all those sugar substitutes I just don`t believe are good for you.
