You could have such a mild case of dyslexia that it's not noticeable. I tend to get numbers backwards which made it really hard for me in school. Sometimes it just gets more noticeable the more tired you are- you do however need to consider quitting drinking. Try that for a couple of days and see if it improves.

Hello,
(ANS) I am mildly dyslexic and have always been this way, I had a terrible time during my school years because the condition wasnt really recognised fully in the 1970's.
Anyway, its my understanding that being dyslexic isnt something that can just happen or that you can get like an infection. No! my understanding of dyslexia is that you are probably born with it, its an inherited condition often (the gene is dominant on the male side of the family as far as I know).
Dyslexia is related to brain development to, & that it can & does affect the persons abilities in the early schooling years. Dyslexia affects specific things such as reading, mathematics, punctuation & spelling and writing.
At 36 years old I think you would have known bye now if you were really suffering from dyslexia. Therefore I would suggest your symptoms are probably NOT related to dyslexia but they are dyslexia like thats certainly true, but as to the cause I couldnt say. I think it would be wise to have that checked by a doctor either way.

Maybe you're just so eager to "get it down" that you don't pay enough attention to the letters on the keyboard. The fact that you notice the mistakes, and can correct them if you want to, says that it's more a concentration or eager-ness thing.
I think we all do it to some extent - and it's nothing to worry about.
Plus, the more you stress over something, the more mistakes you actually make - so just let it go.
I hope this helps.....

Your fingers are getting tired, I would imagine. Dyslexia has nothing to do with it.
No, I'm pretty sure you're good where Alzheimer's is concerned too.
And why blame alcohol? It gets blamed for too many other issues in folks' lives!

I doubt that it is your age, and people are born with learning difficulties. So I think it is probably the drimnk that is getting to you, or perhaps your keyboard. I'd suggest getting the keyboard sobered up and repaired, and if that doesn't help, then you can have a well-earned worry.

You are usually born with it but if you've had a brain injury than you can end up with word blindness. Are your words backwards when you read?
I teach people with dyslexia and sometimes it's word laziness. Stop the drink get rid of the keyboard and illuminate all possibilities.

If you had dyslexia, they would have found it when you were young.
How much drinking are you doing?
You're definitely too young for Alzheimers.
