my hair is weird.?

its just that i have layers. and my front hair i have bangs on each side and one side is like plopped up. and i try to straigthen it it wont go down! what can i do. i blowdired it everything!what can i do

i have the same exact problem i learned to deal with it its the way your hair grows i try using a lil extra spray on that one side altho its sooo annoying not even my flat iron pulls it down
