If you were friends with a girl but wanted to be more how would you show her without directly telling her that you want more? Would anyone try to make the girl you like jealous even though shes is a friend?

Oh yeah...start talking about some other girl you met and then gauge her reaction. It's a huge give-away in that situation.

Well, I've fallen for a friend. I guess the only thing that would be known is that I call you all the time, like to get close to you, act sensitively around you, sometimes get quiet because I want to say how I feel but don't have the guts to explain how I feel; always try to arrange the next time I'll see you. That last one is very important because if I only liked you just as a friend, I wouldn't really care when I'd see you the next time. You know, it would be like, "see you whenever."
I wouldn't try to make her jealous. Girls do that to guy friends, but must of us guys wouldn't do that. If we were friends with you, we would tell you about other girls because we feel very comfortable talking to you about girls and let's face it, us guys need all the advice on girls possible and when we have a female friend who we're comfortable in confiding in, what better person to get advice from.

Why not tell her and then do things to back up yourself? Girls like that...at least the one's I know. Don't go around trying to make anyone jealous. That always backfires on ya and it makes you look like a creep if you get caught at it. No one will want to be with you if you do childish stuff like that.

I would treat her to nice things, take her to the movies, buy her nice things, you know, stuff to show her that I was interested in her in that way. It would be childish to make her jealous, especially if I really liked her. So if you think this guy likes you and he's with another girl, he might not be as into you as you think.

I would tell the girl directly.
Anything short of that is a waste of time.

i would try to be around her all the time and do like small romantic things to show her how much I love her.
the only way jealousy would work in this aspect would be if he tryed something with you before and was denied and so he is going to someone else. but i would have to say that his feelings for you in this case would be mutual if you are jealous.

jealousy is not the way to let her know the best way is to flirt and be a bit more open girls ussually get the hint when u start acting like u wanna be close to them all the time. just recently i had to do that i didn't say a word but slowly got closer until it was clear we both wanted more so it was very easy to accomplish

well i know a lot of guys who would. but i dont believe in that stuff it seems stupid. i mean i usually just go straight to the queston. i mean yea i talk and try to improve the relationship before i ask her, but it should go down good.

its all in the body language if you read it correctly --- and no i would not try to make my lady jealous --- i want her to trust me and truly no other lady even comes close --- none interest me
