Do what I did many years ago. I made a bet with a beautiful man and the loser of the bet had to shout the other person out for dinner. If you really want to have a night out with this man, this is the way to go cause whether you win or lose the bet, you still get the night out with him. That's if he is willing to take on the bet. So do some homework about what his interests are so you can find some topic to bet on that he would be interested in.
