Have you tried the crest whitestrips? They work fairly well for less than $20 a box.

In boots at the moment they have loadsss of stuff. Try whitening toothpastes and mouthwashes -get them for only about £2. And then you can get a 'whitening pen' which applies some paste or something to your teeth to make them whiter. These are reduced at boots at the moment for about £8. Brush your teeth really thorougly too to get rid of all the plaque and stuff.

I have nice white teeth and even my dentist ask me if i use a whitingg system I always say no.. what I do is...
first dont drink alot of coffee... tea... cola.. or smoke.. if you do these thats not too bad its just better if you dont. But I also oncea week usually a saturday morning. i when im done brishing my teeth i will rebursh them but I will dip my toothebrush into peroxide. it will bleach your teeth. My dentist approved of this techinique when i asked him if it was ok to do. and it is so dont listen to people that say its poisoness (your NOT swallowing it!) and a little wont hurt if you do .. its in all toothepaste anyways. but you brush your teeth with that but be careful to brush your teeth and not your gums or your tongue it will "burn" your gums and tongue if you do. when you brush it will foam and if you happen to get any in your mouth it really doesnt taste good at all!!
I only brush the outside of my teeth with peroxide not the inside so i clench my teeth shut and brush that way. keep it on your teeth for 30 sec at least but try not to have it on longer than 1 min .. after a few times youll notice a whiter brighter smile.. it also helps kill bacteria that causes cavities so its like a 2 in one. im 27 i have white teeth and NO caveties so i must be doing something right!
rinse your mouth with luke warm water not hot or cold your teeth will feel sensitive for about 1 hr after .. thats why i do it in the am .. or you could do it before bed.

Hope this helps you!

you can buy those at home kits I heard they work decently. Also look in your phone book for dentists that have ads for specials on teeth witening. I just did that. The dentist was giving free teeth witening to all patients that got a full exam and cleaning. My insurance covered the cleaning and stuff so I paid nothing at all.

i have used this one thingy where you put gel on your teeth and then use a blue light that you put in your mouth. it sounds weird, but it really works. I tried crest white strips, but this thing works better. i don't know what it is called, but you can get it at walgreens and it isn't expensive. you will see results the first time.
