In need of an inexpensive wedding reception hall/location in L.A. (South Bay). Need suggestions please and I will do the research.

My sister-in-law has a location to get married but is looking for a reception hall. We only need to accommodate 100 people and would like to bring outside catering. We are also looking for something inexpensive. Please give your suggestions and I will do the research.
