i think it's absolutly disgusting-not to judge people but um....if God wanted people to be in romantic relationships with people of the same sex don't u think he would've had them be able to have kids together?

Well, you ARE being judgemental and if you buy into the whole 'god' myth then you'd also have to buy into the idea that gay people are gay because 'god' made them that way.
Bottom line is, they are born gay...they don't choose it (who would? look at the persecution they get, even from people who don't want to "judge" like yourself)...they don't do it to be "cool" or because it's a fad...
And romantic relationships don't have to have anything to do with having kids...otherwise all people would be driven to have them and many of us are not. Lacking the ability to procreate is a sorry reason to dislike people for something they have no control over.

i thought the same once. i saw gay men as dirty untill i actually talked to a couple. then i saw the love they felt for each other and thats always nice. since then i have had friends of both sexes who were gay and they were great people. its just sad that others think the same as you. if all you see is gay or colour or religion then you miss who people really are. besides love is love. so judge not lest ye be judged but you cannot judge those you do not know.

Yes...but didn't God also make them the way they are?? They can have kids if they really wanted to anyway. They can still have a baby with a man or a woman can't they, God still put their reproductive organs there. They are born that way and I don't think anyone would choose to have a hard life. Also God put loads of screwed up people on the planet! why does he do that?

You are so sure that God is some kind of actual being and was actually concerning himself with peoples' sexual orientation, huh? FOR SURE?! lol...
It's based on psychological conditioning. Genetically, everyone is predisposed and inclined towards liking the opposite sex, but it is possible for someone to be reconditioned into liking the same sex. And they, most likely, feel about their relationships EXACTLY like you feel about your opposite-sex relationships. But they don't go putting straight people down.
So leave them alone. How can you believe some BOOK that isn't based on any scientific studies or evidence. What, did Jesus decide to come down only 2000 years ago because he was too lazy to inform all the unfortunate people who lived before then? I guess they had Zeus and what not, though, right?

I saw a TV program just the other day about how homosexual behavior is pretty common among our fellow mammals, its not unusual at all. We humans are mammals. It follows that humans will also experience homosexual behavior. Big deal. Don't think about it if you find it disgusting. And don't ever use any scientific advances in your personal life if you chose religion over science. Actually if you believe god gave an answer to everything in the world....then gay/lesbians are the answer to all the unwanted/homeless/parentless children in the world. (Not that thats totally what we are here for. )
But if you believe in God, then you must believe that there just might be a more complicated reason for many things in our world.
Be humble...don't assume you could answer the questions of the universe.

I don't think being gay or lesbian is a choice. I think much like you like men gay men just like other men and lesbian women like other women.
Do you like men because it is what god wanted. Do you like them because it is the socially acceptable thing. More then likely you don't know why you like men. You just do. Since you posed this question I am assuming that you are not a lesbian.
I don't think God gets involved at this level.
But I would pose a question to you?
If you are a lesbian and you except Jesus Christ as your personal savior are you going to hell?

god created these people for some reason, i no a gay man who is chrisitan and he is an amazing person, being gay is something that god created otherwise y wud we have gay people on this earth. ITs not that its attractive, but its something ur born with a feeling u cant explain and something that u cant change.

it's just how they are. Love is love, who cares if its with 2 chicks or 2 dudes. its not disgusting its just how they wanna live. everyone does stuff God does'nt want them too and they dont plan to stop. the question should be why do people give a rats *** if to people who are in love and arent braking in laws have sex or get married.
